Advisory - LegalJohn KaczmarekJohn has been associated with Ocean Watch Foundation since July 1997. He is a practicing attorney at law in South Florida and had been SCUBA diving for 30 years. John is also an active PADI SCUBA instructor and holds a USCG 50 ton captain’s license. John retired as an active board member in 2002 but his dedication to the organization remains. He is the first person to be appointed to the Advisory Board and is general counsel to the Board of Directors and Ocean Watch Foundation, Inc. |

Advisory - LiasonBill RoeBill grew up around the water in Broward County. In the late 50's, his folks operated the Deerfield fishing pier. He learned to scuba dive in1963 and re-certified in 1983. For over 15 years Bill has worked in the dive industry as a manufacturer's representative, a teacher, golf ball diver, marketing consultant, travel writer and for Florida Scuba News as Senior Advertising Representative. He is the founding president of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Dive Association, and has been a supporter of Ocean Watch since it's inception. Bill joined the Board in March of 2001. |
